November 12, 2018

We are so excited and proud to share the amazing news that the Quantum Rascals website is the gold winner of The Lovie Awards 2018 in the category “Schools & Education”. The website was co-created by Prof. Claudio Pica, outreach coordinator Sofie Gregersen and the digital bureau Molamil.

Lovie Award winners represent the very best and brightest of the European Internet. The 8th Annual Lovie Awards received nearly 1,500 entries from over 30 European countries, and over 50,000 votes in the People’s Lovie Awards. Lovie Winners are selected by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a global organisation of industry experts and technology innovators.

The website is part of the Quantum Rascals program to make quantum physics attractive for the young generations and amaze them with fascinating and weird science. The physics is presented by Quantum Kate, animated youtuber ideated by Prof. Francesco Sannino, with entertaining videos and articles. The Quantum Rascal program is sponsored by a generous donation of the A.P. Møller og Hustru Chastine Mc-Kinney Møllers Fond til Almene Formaal.
